01 - 1 ball (8.8 oz) pizza dough

02 - 2/3 cup crème fraîche

# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 480°F or as high as possible. Place pizza stone inside if using.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
04 - Spread sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
05 - Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
06 - Arrange dill pickles and optional red onion over cheese.
