06 - 1/4 cup black olives, sliced (black ring)
07 - 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or red bell pepper, diced (red ring)
08 - 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, diced (yellow ring)
09 - 1/4 cup cucumber, diced or sliced (green ring)
10 - 1/4 cup blue corn tortilla chips, crushed or blue food coloring (blue ring)

11 - Fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; mix until smooth and spreadable.
02 - Apply a generous layer of the cheese spread onto each cracker or rice cake.
03 - Place crackers in five interlocking rings on a large platter to resemble the Olympic rings layout.
04 - Top groups of four crackers with respective colored toppings: black olives for black, cherry tomatoes or red bell pepper for red, yellow bell pepper for yellow, cucumber for green, and crushed blue corn chips or blue-colored spread for blue.
05 - Optionally sprinkle with finely chopped fresh chives or parsley.
