07 - 1 cup 100% fruit juice (such as apple, berry, or orange)
08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
→ Mash-Up Toppings
10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit (such as strawberries or raspberries), lightly crushed
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy (such as Skittles, marshmallows, or similar), crushed or chopped
# Directions:
01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until thoroughly blended.
03 - Press the oat mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Refrigerate while making the gummies.
04 - In a small saucepan, pour fruit juice, then sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Let stand for 5 minutes to hydrate.
05 - Warm the juice and gelatin mixture over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in honey and pour into a parchment-lined small baking dish. Refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until the mixture is fully set.
06 - Once firm, remove the set gummies from the dish and cut into small cubes.
07 - Remove the oat base from the fridge. Sprinkle evenly with gummy cubes, freeze-dried fruit, and freeze-dried candy. Press toppings gently into the surface.
08 - Chill the entire pan for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to help all layers adhere.
09 - Lift the mixture out using the parchment paper and cut into individual snack bars.
