→ For Assembly
14 - 8 slider buns
15 - 8 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
16 - 16 to 24 dill pickle chips
17 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
18 - 1 teaspoon dried dill, optional for topping
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Gently mix, then divide into 8 equal portions and shape each into a patty slightly larger than the slider buns.
03 - Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook each beef patty for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until well browned and just cooked through.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, buttermilk, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Season the ranch spread with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Slice slider buns and arrange the bottoms on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread a generous layer of ranch on each bun bottom.
06 - Top each bun with a cooked beef patty, one slice of cheese, and two to three dill pickle chips.
07 - Place bun tops over the assembled sliders. Brush each top with melted butter and sprinkle with dried dill if desired.
08 - Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are softly toasted. Serve warm, accompanied by extra ranch dip if desired.
